50th year celebrations end with the Big PTA Summer Raffle 2022

16 June 2022

Thomas Tallis School is celebrating its 50th Anniversary this year and the Thomas Tallis PTFA are taking part in the Big PTA Summer Raffle.

Thomas Tallis School, named after the renaissance composer Thomas Tallis, is a large specialist arts college founded in 1971 on the former RAF Kidbrook base. You may know the school from its starring role in Jamie's School Dinners, along with Kidbrook School!

Over the years, Thomas Tallis has seen many talented pupils go through its doors; actors, directors, designers, writers, musicians, dancers, comunity arts facilitators, journalists, presenters and artists of the spoken word. Their alumni include Dominic Cooper (Sky in Mumma Mia!), Simon Day (The Fast show), Amadou Kassarate (Footballer), Kae Tempest (Poet), Keme Nzerem ( Channel 4 news anchor) to name but a few. You can read more about Tallis at 50 here.

Good luck to Thomas Tallis PTFA in the Big PTA Summer Raffle and we hope it adds to your celebratory year!
